This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on kaeloshoep.com (operated by YOUWAY TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, hereinafter referred to as "Kaeloshoep" or "we"). Please read this policy carefully to understand our shipping rules, delivery timelines, protection measures, and after-sales support related to shipping. 1. Shipping Policy
Free shipping on all products. There is no minimum purchase requirement, and no additional shipping fees, fuel surcharges, or remote area fees will be charged, regardless of the shipping method you choose (Standard Shipping or Express Shipping).
2. Processing Time
Normal order processing time is 1–2 business days. We will carefully inspect each bag, check its quality and integrity, and then package it properly.
To ensure that bags (especially structured bags, leather bags, and bags with hardware accessories) are not deformed, scratched, or damaged during transportation, we use thickened protective packaging, waterproof shipping bags, shock-absorbing foam, and multiple protective materials for packaging.
Special circumstances (such as new restocks, limited-edition bag launches, or peak holiday periods) may slightly extend the processing time. We will notify you via email or SMS as soon as possible if there is any delay in processing your order.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
We provide two optional shipping methods for you to choose according to your own needs and time requirements. You can select your preferred shipping method during the checkout process:
a. Standard Shipping (Default Option)
• Applicable carriers: United States Postal Service (USPS) / UPS Ground (within the United States); EMS / ePacket / China Post Registered Air Mail (international standard delivery)
• Estimated delivery time: 10–15 business days (slight differences may occur due to customs inspections, regional policies, or weather factors)
• Features: Cost-effective, suitable for customers who do not have urgent time requirements, free of charge
b. Express Shipping (Optional)
• Applicable carriers: UPS Express / FedEx Express (within the United States); DHL Express / Aramex (international express)
• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (faster delivery, with priority in customs clearance and transportation)
• Features: Fast and efficient, with real-time tracking and priority after-sales support, free of charge
Note: Some remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times (1–2 additional business days) regardless of the shipping method, but no additional shipping fees will be charged. The system will automatically match the corresponding carrier according to the shipping method you select and your destination address.
4. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, we will send you a logistics notification via email and/or SMS, which contains the tracking number and the official link of the carrier. You can check the real-time shipping progress of your package at any time through the following channels:
• Log in to your Kaeloshoep account, enter the "Order Center", find the corresponding order, and click "Track Order" to view the tracking information;
• Copy the tracking number and paste it into the official tracking page of the corresponding carrier to query;
• Contact our customer service team and provide your order number to get help with tracking.
In case of logistics delays, abnormal stops, or unclear tracking information, please contact our customer service in a timely manner. We will communicate with the carrier immediately to solve the problem and ensure your package is delivered smoothly.
5. Dedicated Shipping Protection Measures
To ensure that your bag maintains its original shape, quality, and appearance during transportation, we have formulated special packaging and protection measures for different types of bags:
• Structured bags (e.g., tote bags, satchels): We place hard cardboard or foam inserts inside to prevent deformation due to pressure during transportation;
• Leather bags / Suede bags: Equipped with dedicated dust bags and anti-scratch film to protect the leather surface from scratches, dust, and moisture;
• Bags with hardware accessories (e.g., zippers, buckles): We wrap the hardware with soft cotton cloth or bubble wrap to avoid oxidation, scratches, or damage;
• All bags: Packed in thickened, waterproof, and shock-absorbing shipping boxes, and the gap between the bag and the box is filled with buffer cotton to prevent collision damage during transportation. All packaging is strictly inspected and cleaned to prevent moisture, contamination, or odor.
6. Receipt and Handling of Abnormalities
Please check your package carefully upon receipt (it is recommended to take a video while unpacking for proof). If you find any of the following abnormalities, please contact our customer service via [email protected] within 48 hours and provide relevant photos/videos and order information:
• Package is damaged, crushed, damp, or the packaging seal is broken;
• The quantity of bags received is incorrect, or the wrong style, color, or size is shipped;
• The bag is damaged during transportation (e.g., scratches on the leather, broken zippers, loose stitching, deformed shape, or obvious stains that cannot be cleaned).
After verifying the situation, we will provide you with free replacement, free reshipment, or other appropriate solutions according to your needs, and all related costs will be borne by us.
7. International Customer Customs Policies
For international orders, if the destination country levies customs duties, value-added tax, or other related fees according to local customs regulations, the recipient will be responsible for paying such fees. We will provide you with a formal invoice and relevant shipping documents (e.g., commercial invoice) to assist you in handling customs clearance matters.
Customs inspections in some countries or regions may cause additional delivery delays (usually 1–3 business days), which is a normal situation. We will track the customs clearance progress in real time and notify you of any updates.
