Time Delays Explanation: KAELOR will notify customers of delays caused by force majeure (natural disasters, customs inspections, strikes, etc.) via email/SMS, and assist with logistics tracking but not liable for related losses.

II. Transportation Responsibility and Scope

1. Responsible Entity: KAELOR entrusts qualified EU logistics providers (DHL, FedEx, DPD, etc.) complying with EU regulations.
2. Scope of Responsibility: KAELOR ensures pre-shipment quality inspection and safe packaging; logistics providers handle transportation. Claims for damage/loss must be submitted to [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt with supporting documents.
3. Disclaimer: KAELOR/logistics providers not liable for losses caused by incorrect addresses, unattended delivery, or customer refusal to accept packages; related fees borne by customers.

III. Shipping Costs

  • Calculated by country/region, weight/volume (displayed at checkout)
  • Paid with goods (shipping costs deducted for customer-caused returns)
  • VAT included in price; additional customs duties borne by customers

IV. Receipt and Acceptance

Tracking Notification: Tracking number/link sent via email after dispatch

Inspection Requirements: Check package condition on receipt; refuse damaged packages and contact [email protected] immediately; claims within 48 hours for post-receipt damage.

V. Package Returns and Redelivery

  1. Customer-caused returns: Contact us within 15 business days (redelivery fee applies)
  2. Failed delivery (non-customer reasons): One free redelivery attempt included in transit time
