1. Return Period
l You may apply for a 14-day no-reason return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
l For items with quality issues, after-sales support is available within 14 days of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure the best experience for all customers, returned items must meet these criteria:
l The bag must be brand new, unused, unwashed, and unaltered
l All original tags, labels, packaging, and free gifts must be intact
l No visible signs of use, including odors, scuffs, stains, or cosmetic residue
l Structured bags must retain their original shape, with no dents or damage to hardware
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
l The item has been worn, washed, or shows stains, odors, or signs of use
l Tags or accessories are missing, or the original packaging is severely damaged
l The return request is submitted after the 14-day period

2. Obtain the official return address and shipping label from our team
3. Pack your item securely, preferably using the original packaging and protective materials
4. Ship the package back to our warehouse and upload the tracking number to your return request

Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

l Structured bags will undergo a second quality inspection to ensure your replacement is in perfect condition
Free Shipping for Returns & Exchanges
l Your first return or exchange will be covered by us, with all shipping fees paid
l For repeated returns or exchanges of the same item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Quality Issue Guarantee
l We offer a free replacement or full refund if your item arrives with any of the following defects:
l Obvious holes, fraying seams, or loose threads
l Broken zippers, damaged hardware, or defective closures
l Large, uncleanable stains or manufacturing flaws
l Wrong color, size, or style shipped
l All associated costs, including return shipping, will be borne by us
Refund Method & Processing Time

l If a return is caused by an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may incur additional shipping fees
